Over the last few years, I've learned about the mind-body connection. I've learned that my body talks to me. Sometimes more loudly than others! I love riding my bike. In fact sometimes I feel strange about how happy I am when I am riding my bike. The cool thing is I stay happy for awhile. And then, when it's been too long since I've ridden my bike I get antsy and need to get out there in the sunshine and the trees to experience the joy and freedom.
Today I came across this article that just confirms for me that my body was telling me to keep riding my bike. That it is doing multiple good things for me. :)
