I have a passion for helping people discover and uncover what they truly want in life.   People are meant to have meaning in their lives and sometimes you just need a little support in uncovering what that is and how to integrate it into your life.


My clients love working with me because they feel unconditional support and caring.  You find the space to move past what is stopping you from being satisfied with your life.   I've been there myself and want to assist you in being happy and fully experiencing the joy of life.


I believe that everyone deep down knows what's right and best for them.  It's not my job to tell you what that is but to assist you in uncovering the answers your subconscious already knows.  


What is life coaching anyway?


Life coaching is the process through which you uncover what you want and how you will get it.  Together we use tools like powerful questions, assessments and self reflection to determine what YOU really want, not what other people want for you.  I think that is the biggest secret to lasting change, living your life for yourself.  Are you really working towards what you want?  Or are you working towards something that someone else wants for you?


What would you do if you had unlimited resources?

What will you do first?

What are you trying to prove to yourself?

What would you do if you knew you could not fail?  


What kind of committment is required?


Real and lasting change takes time.  This is one of the things that was hardest for me to learn!  Small steps that are integrated into your life over time create the kind of change that stays.  In the period of a year, when you are consistently working on the changes you want, you will be amazed at what a difference small steps make.  I recommend three months of weekly coaching sessions in order to see a change that will last.  Just think, where would you be now if you had started a year ago?


My sessions are $90 per hour and I do offer savings for people who would like to pre-purchase a package of sessions.
